Clark’s Aspen is the second location of McGuire Moorman Hospitality’s popular neighborhood oyster bar set in the historic and beloved former Little Annie’s space in downtown Aspen. The team took the design DNA from the first Clark’s location in Austin and incorporated features of alpine taverns, including a fireplace, wood floors and exposed beams. The design team worked to uphold much of the charm of the previous tenant including fully restoring its mahogany bar. Custom tile, furniture and lighting were commissioned for the project.
